Your Trusted Advocate
Whether you already have clearly defined goals or need guidance to plan for your future, we make every effort to fully understand your objectives. Then we carefully evaluate, implement, and monitor your financial and personal care needs with expertise and integrity – on your terms.
Serving Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes and surrounding areas.
Trust & Estate Administration
We serve as trustees, executors and conservators to administer estates and trusts in an organized, tax-efficient manner, helping to preserve, grow and distribute wealth in accordance to your plan. We also serve as durable powers of attorney,1 to take the burden off you and your loved ones and provide peace of mind.
We work as a trusted advocate for our clients in navigating the complexities of the aging process with dignity, including decisions pertaining to health, caregiving and quality of life. We can also advocate for you as your health care agent,2 where, as a third party, our involvement often also helps preserve family relationships and provides peace of mind.
Financial Concierge Services
As personal financial matters become more complicated, we offer relief by paying monthly bills, tracking accounts, managing expenses, collecting documents for submitting tax returns, paying income and property taxes and more. Pretty much the definition of ‘peace of mind’.
If your needs fall outside of the services listed above, please let us know. If we determine we are not able to assist you, we can often refer you to others with the appropriate expertise.
Live life on your own terms
1 Durable Power of Attorney: A legal document that authorizes a qualified person selected by you to make health and/or financial decisions for you or to take action on your behalf in the event that you become incapacitated or are declared incompetent. The Agent under a Power of Attorney can be changed or revoked by you. A Durable Power of Attorney will remain in effect even if you become incapacitated. The Power of Attorney ends either when revoked or at death.
2 Advance Health Care Directive: Formerly known as Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, and now often abbreviated as “AD” is created with your input and reflects your health care and end of life wishes. The choices that you make in your Advance Health Care Directive will guide your Professional Fiduciary (serving as your health care agent) in making medical decisions when you are no longer able to do so for yourself. We will spend time with you discussing your choices to ensure that your wishes are clear.
